Black woman-owned business revamps local DEI practitioners’ network for HR/DEI business leaders

RALEIGH, NC - April 16, 2024 - Sertrice Shipley, industrial-organizational (I-O) psychologist, author, and leader in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), announces the launch of Plan To Action, an innovative consulting firm dedicated to empowering organizational leaders to enact impactful and enduring DEI transformations. Plan To Action, headquartered in the Triangle area of North Carolina, stands out as a black woman-owned business committed to driving progress and fostering inclusivity through the use of data.

Sertrice Shipley, co-author of "Inclusalytics: How Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leaders Use Data to Drive Their Work", brings her wealth of experience to the forefront with Plan To Action. With a mission anchored in data-driven innovation, client-centricity, and leveraging industry partnerships, Plan To Action is poised to transform the way organizations approach DEI initiatives.
