Sertrice Shipley, co-author of "Inclusalytics: How Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leaders Use Data to Drive Their Work", brings her wealth of experience to the forefront with Plan To Action. With a mission anchored in data-driven innovation, client-centricity, and leveraging industry partnerships, Plan To Action is poised to transform the way organizations approach DEI initiatives.

"As DEI initiative backlash grows, highlighting employee experience is even more important. "We believe in harnessing the power of data strategically to create actionable plans that drive impactful change and foster inclusive cultures."

This peer network for DEI professionals provides opportunities for participants to connect, collaborate, and tackle challenges in a safe and supportive environment. The community will host an in-person roundtable discussion on April 25, 2024. Click here for event details.

"Through the Triangle DEI Community, we aim to foster trust, inclusivity, and collaboration among DEI professionals, empowering them to effect meaningful change and build lasting connections within our field," added Shipley.
