Sertrice Shipley, MS, Owner & CEO of Plan To Action, brings her profound DEI expertise and innovation to the forefront of diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting. As the co-author of "Inclusalytics: How Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leaders Use Data to Drive Their Work," she demonstrates her commitment to using metrics for creating impactful DEI strategies. With an academic background marked by a B.S. in Psychology from Emporia State University and an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University, Sertrice has consistently demonstrated her profound expertise and passion in the field.​
