As the world of work continues to evolve, creating both new challenges and opportunities, G-WOP provides a unique opportunity for the global I-O psychology community to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and explore the issues shaping our field.

The virtual conference will take place over a continuous 24-hour period, creating a global marathon of conversations, presentations, and ideas. Sessions will be scheduled across multiple time zones, and recordings will be made available to current members of participating organizations following the event.

We are excited that our very own founder, Sertrice Shipley, will represent BIOP as a speaker during this year’s conference.
